Nothing like getting a jump start on Mother's Day cards. This card is for a challenge over at Peachy Keen's, Let's Face it Fridays- Mother's Day.
I wanted to use my new Cottage Cutz die. Duck with egg. I told Dh last night that I just MIGHT consider getting rid of my cricut for these dies. I just love this, one roll thru the cuttlebug and you are done. No stickie mats to worry about. Love, Love these dies. Will be buying more of them for sure! Also, if you are buying them for the first time, I suggest watching the video that Kathy made on how they work.
For my card; I used crackle paint for the egg. lol I did highlight with a copic and colored the feet in too. The sentiment is also Peachy Keen too. Oh yeah, and I used glimmer mist on my half scalp before I put my sentiment on there.
Here is my card;
